Sashimi Shodown happens every Wednesday at Buso Izakaya, from 5 pm to 11 pm. It is a night for fresh cuts, clean flavors, and unhurried eating. Drop in after work or make it your dinner plan. Stay for one plate or settle in for the night. Good sashimi, easy atmosphere, no rules.

This is an easy midweek stop at Buso Izakaya. Drop in every Wednesday from 6 pm to 10 pm and enjoy artisan sushi with great wine. It is a casual evening for good food, simple drinks, and unhurried conversation. Come as you are and settle in.
