L Plus bring woodfire-led cafe and dining to Le Bajo Flores, at Dermaga Putih in Labuan Bajo.
Originating from Latte Graphic in Japan, L Plus takes its coffee seriously. The kitchen is open air and woodfired, cooking seafood from the surrounding waters over the flame.
The first coffee goes out early and the bar runs late. Reservations are recommended.

Brunch
Served all day. Dutch Baby Pancakes, Spanish Bacon Eggs, and smoothie bowls, with a shoreline brunch set made for slow mornings by the sea.
From the Fire
Seafood cooked over the wood fire. The Woodfired Seafood Platter, with lobster or crab as its centrepiece, is the house signature.
Coffee and Bar
Coffee worth planning a morning around, and cocktails made for golden hour. Swizzle & Pepper is the house call.
