Cancellation & Modification
Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time.
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving on time, beds and tables are held for 15 minutes. If you’re delayed, just send us a message.
Dress Code
Swimwear is required if you plan to swim. Cover-ups are recommended when moving through shared spaces. For safety and comfort, please avoid sitting on furniture with excessively wet clothing.
Dogs Welcome
Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome at the Pool Club and must be leashed at all times to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
Celebrations
Cakes brought from outside incur a cakeage fee of IDR 300,000 per cake. Corkage fees apply at IDR 350,000 per bottle (wine) and IDR 1,000,000 per bottle (spirits).
Smoking Area
Smoking is not permitted around the Pool area. A designated smoking area is available on the deck adjacent to the main dining space and parts of the Pool Bar.
Seating Time
All dining reservations are allocated a three-hours seating time.
Group Bookings & Deposits
For groups of 8 guests or more, a deposit of IDR 1,000.000 (plus tax & service) per booking is required.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are subject to a 50% deposit retention.
Photography & Equipment
Professional cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, and other production gear are not permitted on the premises. Only personal mobile devices and small cameras may be used for capturing personal moments. Please avoid photographing or filming other guests to respect their privacy. Content creation for commercial, business, or promotional use; including branding or social media marketing on behalf of a company is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from management.
