Buso Izakaya is a Japanese restaurant above the water at Le Bajo Flores, at Dermaga Putih in Labuan Bajo.
The name comes from the Buso region of Japan, known for its food culture and its izakaya traditions. That is what the kitchen follows, from fresh sushi and sashimi through to Japanese comfort classics, with sake and cold pours alongside.
Open daily from 5PM, with sea view seating and a private dining room. Reservations are recommended.
